How much of KinderWorldCo's profits go to charity?
25% of each sale goes to the selected charity of your choice (the charity you pick at the checkout.) If you decided to pick "All", then the 25% of that item will be split between the charities and donated.
How long will my purchase take to reach me?
Depending on your country and the current situations, your delivery time may differ. However, the average time is 10-25 days. As we source our clothing from a print-on-demand service, we need to specially print and make an order as it is placed, therefore delivery times can take longer than normal clothing services. We appreciate your patience.
Can I return my purchase?
As we are a print-on-demand business, all items are made to order and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please ensure you carefully check sizing charts before purchasing.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. This is because we source our clothing from print-on-demand services, which begin production immediately upon order confirmation. Since each item is custom-made for your order, we're unable to stop the manufacturing process once it has started. How do I care for my printed apparel?
Each item's washing instructions are different, due to us having a range of different fabrics that need to be handled differently. The specific washing instructions for your purchase can be found on a tag on your garment (not the brand tag.) Please adhere to these instructions to make sure you get the best and longest wear out of your purchase.
What printing method do you use?
At KinderWorldCo, we use DTF and DTG for our printing methods. DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing transfers designs onto a special film before applying them to fabric, creating vibrant, durable prints that work beautifully on a wide range of materials. DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing applies ink directly onto the garment itself, perfect for detailed designs and offering excellent colour accuracy. Both methods allow us to produce high-quality, long-lasting prints that bring your designs to life with precision and care.
